Last price update, 10 Feb 2025. In terms of performance, Kenceng Solusindo's server response time in the last load testing in February 2025 was the #2 fastest after IdCloudHost, namely 8,910 ms. The time record matches the brand's name, fast, although not the fastest in the latest test in early 2025. How is the uptime? Overall stable, I am brave enough to say that their server is stable, because from 11 months of monitoring, only in 1 month did their server experience quite annoying problems, the rest was above 99.96% on average.

And based on the latest test in 2024, I found that their support service has improved quite significantly. They managed to fix the error I accidentally made in testing in just 5 minutes, where the average for all providers is 34 minutes. This makes them worthy of using the name 'kenceng' at this time.

Actually, there have been many changes to the DomaiNesia hosting package after I noticed it at the beginning of 2025. For example, compared to last year, the price of DomaiNesia hosting packages has increased by up to 30%.
For example, the price per month increases from IDR 25,000 per month to IDR 30,000 per month. The price per year increased from IDR 14,000 to IDR 18,000 per month, unfortunately this increase was not accompanied by an increase in the number of resources.
This makes the price + resources offered by DomaiNesia, compared to competitors such as IdCloudHost and Jagoan Hosting, less attractive.

Performance, Uptime and Support Services
DomaiNesia is the provider with the most stable average uptime among all the providers I reviewed on Hosting Advisor. The average is quite impressive, namely 99.949%.
Unfortunately, from the last load test I did in February 2025, the average speed of their hosting server was relatively slow. Of the 6 providers I tested, they are ranked #4.
FYI, DomaiNesia has two CPU models in their cheap shared hosting packages (web hosting and WordPress packages), namely those that already use AMD EPYC 7713 64
- Core Processor and their older CPU model Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2696 v4 @ 2.20GHz. Based on testing, the AMD one is slower and fails the load test. Meanwhile, Intel is in position #4 fastest (categorized as slow).
What about the support service? It is also still reliable despite a decrease in response time based on our last test.

Performance, Uptime and Support Services
Based on our uptime monitoring, WarnaHost's average uptime record shows instability and is classified as unsatisfactory. The average is 99.696%, with several server maintenance having an impact on reducing the overall average uptime.
The good news is, just like all the providers I tested, in the last 7 months, I saw that the average uptime was very stable, above 99.99% every month.
What's disappointing is their slow server response time. Based on load testing that I carried out in February 2025, the response time reached 49,800 ms, or the slowest of all the providers I tested.
However, there have been significant improvements in terms of customer support service. Compared with the 2022 test, the performance of their support team in 2024 shows quite good improvement, although it is not yet the best among all providers.

As of February 10 2025, when I updated this cheap hosting page, I found that the price of the cheapest JH hosting package had increased quite high, namely 66.67%.
Only for the ICON package (formerly IDOL), the previous price was IDR 15,000/month and you could subscribe monthly, now the price is IDR 25,000/month and there is no monthly subscription option.
This price change is accompanied by an increase in the RAM limit from 768MB to 1 GB.

Regarding Jagoan Hosting's performance, their hosting server speed can be categorized as 'adequate'. It can't be said to be fast, but it's not bad either. From testing, the speed is ranked #3, only behind IdcloudHost (#1) and Kenceng Solusindo (#2).
Their average uptime is 98.83%, which is the lowest figure among all service providers that I monitor in 2024. However, their average uptime since July 2024 shows a very positive trend, just like all the other providers that I monitor.
Regarding customer support services, based on the last test in July 2024, the response is relatively slow. In testing handling database connection errors that I deliberately created, the total handling time reached 110 minutes. This figure is far above the average speed of other service providers, which is only 34 minutes.

My advice, at a minimum you need 500MB or 1GB storage (better) with unlimited bandwidth (meaning not limited, although there are still restrictions). With these specifications, it is more than enough to build your first WordPress website.
